City’s Mobile Office heads to KTC Main Hall in Nyanga

This week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to Nyanga’s KTC Main Hall on Thursday, 6 June 2024. Residents will have access to a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collection, and all other account enquiries. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
The details of the visit are as follows:
- Thursday, 6 June 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the KTC Main Hall, Corner of E Mjodo Street and C Nkomo Street, Nyanga.
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of enquiries ranging from rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collection, and all other account enquiries.
‘We are expecting a large turnout as residents are aware of how effective these mobile office visits are in resolving long outstanding queries for residents. Please remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
