City’s Mobile Office heads to Belhar

Next week the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to Belhar where residents will have access to a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
The details of the visit are as follows:
- Thursday, 15 February 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Belhar Civic Centre, 2 Blouleilie Crescent, Belhar
The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
'The City's mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents. We are committed to bringing services closer to residents and ask that those who are in Belhar or nearby take up this opportunity. Please remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
