City brings customer services to Kraaifontein and Khayelitsha<p>The details are as follows:</p><ul><li>Thursday, 22 June 2023, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Kraaifontein Civic Centre Main Hall, Brighton Road, Kraaifontein</li></ul>Friday, 23 June 2023, from 09:30 to 15:00 at the Solomon Tshuku Hall, Site C Plaza, Khayelitsha<br><br> <br>The intention is to take customer services to the communities that are far from municipal facilities. The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. <br> <br><br>To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.<br><br> <br>'The City is taking services to Khayelitsha and Kraaifontein residents to afford them the opportunity to enquire and to solve issues without having to leave their area.
