City advises of extended period of water supply disruption to part of Fresnaye <p>​</p><p>‘The work involves cutting into the pipeline to connect the newly installed ratio pressure reducing valve (RPRV) in Arcadia Road to the existing water supply network. The maintenance crew has experienced some complications with the shut-off valve during the construction work, which is delaying the progress of the work. They are, however, resolute to complete the work in the soonest possible time.
