City Customer Offices closed this weekend<div>The City’s Revenue Department Customer Interaction Centre offices which includes those situated at the Liberty Promenade Mall, Table Bay Mall and Lansdowne Corner Mall will be offline and unavailable between 05:00 on Saturday, 4 May 2024, and 07:00 on Monday, 6 May 2024, due to necessary system maintenance. This excludes the motor vehicle registration and licensing services, which will be fully operational. </div><div><br></div><div>We thank all our residents for their patience and encourage the use of online services as a convenient option and to avoid queues during this time. The City regrets any inconvenience caused.</div><div><br></div><div>Remember: You can pay your municipal accounts (excluding motor vehicle licences) at any Shoprite/Checkers, Pick n Pay, PEP, Woolworths, USave, Ackermans, Lewis, Top It Up and selected Spar shops. Online payments may be made at www.powertime.co.za or www.easypay.co.za as well as via your internet banking facility: Select the City of Cape Town as a bank-listed beneficiary on your bank’s website and use only your nine-digit municipal account number as reference. </div><div><br></div><div>You can also now settle your municipal account by using the convenient QR code on your invoice. The code is embedded with your EasyPay number and outstanding balance, so there is no need to enter payment details. You will be directed to your bank’s secure payment portal to complete the transaction.
