The City’s e-Procurement tool allows suppliers to bid for contracts simpler and faster. Now you can easily access and bid for contracts, submit necessary documents and stay informed on the progress of your application online.
About e-Procurement
In order to conduct business online, you will need to
register on the supplier database and
register for e-Services as an individual or organisation. You will then need to activate your e-Procurement profile.
PLEASE NOTE
The e-Services application does not fully support mobile phone or tablet access – please use your laptop or desktop instead.
Our applications are best viewed using the latest versions of the following web browsers:
Microsoft Edge 138+, Google Chrome 138+, Mozilla Firefox 139+, Apple Safari 18+, Internet Explorer 11 – Final version: 11.0.9600.22617 (Note: End of Life – use Microsoft Edge in IE Mode if required).
e-Procurement will make it simple for suppliers to:
- apply for contracts with a value of up to R750 000
- apply for multiple contracts
- keep track of the progress of applications
- receive notifications if successful
