Comment on the proposed lease of City-owned property in KhayelitshaComment on the proposed lease of City-owned property in Khayelitsha<img alt="" src="https://resource.capetown.gov.za/cityassets/PublishingImages/CityConnectHeader.png" style="BORDER:0px solid;" /><div class="ExternalClass51FDB1228FC748C783F91FBC7CCB7F0D"><p>We are considering granting Burning Fire Apostolic Movement Church and NPC the right to manage a City-owned property in Khayelitsha, and we want to hear from you.</p></div><span> <h2 class="sectHeading">​​​​​​​​​​About</h2></span> <p>In accordance with section 16.6 and 12.5 of the <a href="https://resource.capetown.gov.za/documentcentre/Documents/Bylaws%20and%20policies/Management%20of%20Certain%20of%20the%20City%20of%20Cape%20Towns%20Immovable%20Property%20Policy%20-%20approved%20on%2026%20August%202010.pdf" target="_blank">Management of Certain of the City of Cape Town’s Immovable Property Policy</a> (adopted by Council on 26 August 2010 C 54/08/10) and chapter 4 of the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations (2008), we are considering granting the rights to manage the following property:</p> <span> <div class="mobile-scroll"><table><thead><tr><th>Erf/Farm number</th><th>Extent (±)</th><th colspan="1">​Street and suburb</th><th colspan="1">Annual rental (excl.
