Apply to be an affordable housing partner

<h2 class="sectHeading">About</h2> <span> <div class="notification with-heading dark-copy pink bg-light-grey"><div class="graphic with-border"> <i class="info note"></i> </div><div class="desc"><h4>Please note</h4><p> <b>Applications are closed.</b></p></div></div></span> <p>The City would like to partner with social housing institutions to provide affordable housing opportunities in Cape Town.
