Water pipeline maintenance work to take place in the Helderberg area - shutdown expected to cause low pressure <p>This shutdown is necessary to assist in work which is required on the bulk water pipeline where it crosses the Baden Powell Bridge.</p><p>Residents are advised to expect low water pressure as a result of this work. The work is estimated to last for 48 hours after which water pressure should be restored.</p><p>After conducting a shutdown in preparation for this work, the City found that the areas most affected were Penhill and De Wijnlanden.
