The Subcouncil Manager informed the Subcouncil members that the skype meeting scheduled on the 15 September 2020 did not take place because Councillor Moses experienced technical problems and was unable to join the meeting. The same meeting need to be re-scheduled with Cllr Moses Ald. Antonio van der Rheede, Alfonso Sauls and Subcouncil Manager Ms Kayise Nombakuse.
