It be NOTED that an application for a liquor license received from THE LEFT BANK was considered in terms of sub delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act,2008, as amended:
The application for a consumption on premises Liquor License, reference no. LLA2003004, for the business THE LEFT BANK be conditionally supported subject to the owner ensuring added security should intoxicated patrons engage in unruly behaviour outside of the premises.
