RESOLVED

That the Report BE APPROVED by Subcouncil, with the following resolutions.

To reallocate R491, 648 uncommitted from operational funding, from the2019/20 Ward Allocation Budget to the Mayor’s Humanitarian Relief Funding.

To reallocate the uncommitted amount of R600 000 from the MURP to utilise for the COVID-19 Humanitarian Relief Funding.

That the total amount of funds reallocated be placed in the COVID-19 Humanitarian Relief Funding, under one-line item “Subcouncil 13” and not under individual Wards within Subcouncil 13, to be utilised by the Subcouncil within its ward as it deems fit.
