The Subcouncil 17 Business Plan and Report, attached as Annexure A,
BE APPROVED.

The Subcouncil 17 Business Plan BE AMENDED as and when required
when the Subcouncil decides to add projects to its plan.

quarterly reports in respect on the monitoring of the Subcouncil 17 Business
Plan Report BE SUBMITTED to the Subcouncil.
