a)The application received from The Freedom Trust t/a The Mojo Market for a business licence for health and entertainment: Cinema or Theatre on erf 694, Regent Place, 30 Regent Road, Sea Point 8005, BE GRANTED subject to the following standard endorsements for this category of licence:b)The business licence must be displayed prominently in a conspicuous place in or on the premises so as to be visible to patrons, the public and Council officials at all time;c)The business licence is not transferable from person to person or business to business;d)The premises must comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Control Act, Act 83 of 1993, at all times;e)The Director: City Health reserves the right to call for any other requirements that may be deemed necessary;f)The approval of this licence does not exempt the holder from compliance with any other licences, conditions or statutory requirements;g)The premises must comply with the requirements of the Western Cape Noise Control Regulations, P.N 200 of 2013, at all times;h)The premises must comply with the fire requirements at all times;i)Al the doors and windows be kept closed while loud amplified music is being played inside the market.j)The self – closing door is in good working order at all times.k)The sliding windows stay closed when music is played. l)SANS 10103 and Western Cape Noise Control Regulations, June 2013, are complied with at all times;m)Only the in–house sound system is used by the owner, or all visiting entertainers;No other audio equipment is to be used at all;n)The sound system power is limited to 79.5 dBA;o)Authority be granted to the Head: Environmental Health to sign and issue the necessary licence in (a) above.
