UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application in terms of Section 42(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law,2015 for a permanent departure to permit the garage to be set back 0m in lieu of 1.5m from Korfbal Street at Erf 31160 Mitchells Plain, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plans in Annexure C

b. The application in terms of Section 42(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law,2015 for a permanent departure to permit a two storey building extension to be set back 0m in lieu of 1.0m from Korfbal Street at Erf 31160 Mitchells Plain, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plans in Annexure C

c. The application in terms of Section 42(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law,2015 for a permanent departure to permit a two storey extension to be set back 0m in lieu of 5m from AZ Berman Drive at Erf 31160 Mitchells Plain, be approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plans in Annexure C
