The application for a permanent departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 42677, Cape Town at 80 Fifth Avenue Rondebosch East, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with building plan/drawing number PMM 18045 Sht 1 and 2 dated 12 December 2018 drawn by Paul M. Marsh attached hereto as Annexure C, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
