RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for Rezoning of Erf 509, Durbanville from Single Residential Zone 1 (SR1) to General Business Subzone 2 (GB2) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. Application for Council’s approval to allow parking bays within 10m from the street boundary at ground floor level per item 60(k)(ii) of the DMS BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
