Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. The application for consent use in respect of Erf 5964-RE, Parow, to allow for consent use for a place of instruction (ECDC) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site development plan attached as Annexure C, subject to conditions as stipulated in Annexure A.

b. The application for permanent departures in respect of Erf 5946-RE, Parow, involving the relaxation of the street and common boundary building line from 5.0m to 4m, 3.3m, 1.75m, and 0m, as well as the widening of the carriage way crossing from 8m to 9.4m and the reversal of vehicles across the footway, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site development plan attached as Annexure C, subject to conditions as stipulated in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons as set out in the planner’s report
