RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a) An administrative penalty of R7 000.00 be imposed for the unauthorised building work, and
b) An administrative penalty of R18 000.00 be imposed for the unauthorised land use
BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the Remainder Erf 355 Camps Bay, 36 Upper Tree Road, Camps Bay.
