UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
1. The application for subdivision, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1169 Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
2. The application for City approval in terms of the Development Management Scheme, departures, consent in terms of the title deed condition, removal of title deed and land use conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1169 Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure D, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend 7.1.11 as follows:
Conditions are imposed to mitigate the impact of the proposed development on surrounding properties.
Parties were advised of their right of appeal.
