UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for removal and amendment of title deed conditions as set out in Annexure A, on erf 1100 Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for permanent departures (as set out in Annexure A) on Erf 1100, Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Correct numbering sequence from paragraph 2 onwards
Amend paragraph 2 under 1.1.1:
To read as follows:
Condition C.6A.I.(b): “That not more than two dwelling units, together with such outbuildings, as are ordinarily required to be used therewith, be erected on this erf, save as provided in condition (c) hereof”.
