Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The consent use for an institution (frail care facility) on erf 11498, 26 Zeeland Crescent, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law (2015), subject to conditions as per attached Annexure A;

b. The regulation departure to permit the encroachment of the 5m common building line to 1.5m on erf 11498, 26 Zeeland Crescent, Milnerton, as per Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law (2015), subject to conditions as per attached Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

2.4 The window on the proposed ‘sluice room’ and the door in the laundry facing the adjoining property, to be relocated and to be reflected on the building plans.

2.11 The DC’s will be payable prior to building plan approval.
