UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for parking departures in terms of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 118823 Cape Town (in Maitland), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend 7.1.2 as follows:
The application is consistent with the provisions of the MSDF, the Table Bay District Plan and the Local Area Plan
It was noted that although 3 objections were received, one of them was similar to the other objection and was therefore not included in the report.
