UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The removal of the restrictive title deed conditions as set out in Annexure A in respect of erven 3757 and 3758, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

b. The removal of the restrictive title deed condition as set out in Annexure A in respect of erf 3757 and 3758, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

c. The amendment of the original township establishment conditions as set out in Annexure A in respect of erven 3757 and 3758, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

d. The amendment of the original township establishment conditions as set out in Annexure A in respect of erven 3757 and 3758, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015

e. The rezoning of erven 3757 and 3758, Milnerton, from Single Residential Zoning 1: Conventional Housing (SR1) to General Residential Subzone GR2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.

f. The consolidation of erven 3757 and 3758, Milnerton in accordance with Annexure D, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.

g. The consent use in terms of item 40(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a hotel on erven 3757 and 3758, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.

h. The regulation departures as set out in Annexure A in respect of erven 3757 and 3758, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.


REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to:

Delete: 7.2.1 and 7.2.2

Update numbering sequence accordingly

Adjust the amended Annexure A:
Deletions that are granted in 2.1 and 2.2 are inserted at point 1 of the report, and renumbered accordingly
