We also review and develop policies and conduct impact assessments on our basket of services. </p><p><strong>District Implementation Department  </strong><br>We focus on creating opportunities for communities to meet their developmental needs to become inclusive and sustainable. We also promote the social developmental and early childhood developmental interests of communities, allocate resources that implement our basket of services and carry out community profiles. </p><p><strong>Performance and Operational Support Department </strong><br>We ensure our basket of services is implemented and monitor compliance. Our services include organisational and individual performance management; knowledge management; policy review and development; business planning and compliance; the Expanded Public Works Programme; implementation, repairs and maintenance of Capital Projects; support services; facility and asset management; and communications. </p><p><strong>EPWP (Expanded Public Works Programme): Corporate </strong><br>We are responsible for ensuring corporate EPWP job creation targets and strategies are met and achieved by all line departments, the development and monitoring of EPWP policies, and recruitment and selection of workers from the community database of work seekers.
