Subdivision</strong><br> In terms of Section 42(d) of the MPBL, in favour of the subdivision of Erf 12994-Re, Woodstock into Portion 1 and the Remainder of Erf 12994-Re, Woodstock;</li><li><strong>2. Closure of Public Street</strong><br> In terms of Section 4 of the MPBL, in favour of the Closure of Public Street for the subdivided Portion 1 of Erf 12994-Re, Woodstock;</li><li> <strong>3. Amendment of an approved General Plan</strong><br> Section 42(l) of the MPBL, for the amendment of an approved plan of subdivision or general plan; to facilitate the closure of a public street and the creation of an ordinary Erf for Erf 12994-RE, Woodstock</li> <li><strong>4. Removal of Restrictions</strong><br> In terms of Section 42 (g) of the MPBL, for the deletion/removal of the following condition registered on both Erf 12997 and 12998, Woodstock;<br> - Clause no. H. (b). Sewers, drains and pipes to remain undisturbed;</li><li><strong>5. Consolidation:</strong><br> In terms of Section 42 (f) of the MPBL, in favour of the Consolidation of Erven 12997, 12998, 12999, 13005, 13006 and subdivided Portion 1 of Erf 12994-Re into Portion 2;</li><li><strong>6. Rezoning:</strong><br> In terms of Section 42 (a) of the MPBL, for the rezoning of the consolidated Portion 2 from Transport (TR2) to General Residential (GR4) for social housing purposes;</li><li><strong>7. Consent Use</strong><br> In terms of Section 42 (i) of the MPBL, for the Consent Use in favour of a Place of Assembly on a portion of the consolidated Portion 2 measuring ±80 m² in extent, within the flats, as per Site Development Plan.</li><li><strong>8. Servitude Registration</strong><br> In terms of Section 42 (d) to permit the registration of a right of way servitude over the consolidated Portion 2, for vehicular access as per the Proposed Right of Way Servitude Plan.</li><li><strong>9.
