Register for paperless bills

The City of Cape Town is going paperless to reduce the risk of accounts going missing or being delivered late by the South African postal service. Going paperless also reduces the financial and environmental cost associated with printing bills on paper. Get your smart bill now! Follow the steps below to register.

e-Procurement Portal

The City’s e-Procurement tool allows suppliers to bid for contracts simpler and faster. Now you can easily access and bid for contracts, submit necessary documents and stay informed on the progress of your application online.

Reset your e-Services password

Managing your municipal accounts and accessing other City services via e-Services requires a valid login. If you’ve already registered, but can’t remember your password or if you are unable sign in for another reason, we can help you reset your password.
