Register a borehole

Boreholes and wellpoints are a great way to conserve valuable drinking water and save you money on water bills. They also have an impact on the environment, however, and must be well regulated and monitored. If you have a borehole or wellpoint on your property, then you are required to register it with the City. This is done for environmental research and monitoring purposes only and not for billing.

Register as a conveyancer

If you would like to register for conveyancing, you can do so by activating the service through e-Services. Please ensure you have registered for e-Services before starting the below process.

Register as a plumber

Qualified plumbers who wish to register with the City and have their business particulars added to the City’s plumber's register can do so by following the steps below.

Register as a supplier

There are many options to do business with the City. Business owners and entrepreneurs are required to register as a supplier in order to capitalise on these options. The registration process is a two-phase process.

Register as a supplier on the Wellness Database

Register on the City’s Wellness Database and help the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Wellness Branch support the health and well-being of our employees.
