City advises of water supply disruption to parts of Fish Hoek and Sun Valley

The City of Cape Town’s Water and Sanitation Department will be conducting a final tie-in on the Kommetjie Main Road project on Thursday.  Read more below:

As a result of these works, residents living in Sun Valley, and along Nelson Road in Fish Hoek may experience reduced pressure, or intermittent supply from 09:00 until 15:00 on Thursday 28 May 2020.

Residents are advised to store water in cleaned sealed containers for domestic purposes during this time. However, a water tanker will also be located in Corsair Way opposite Sun Valley Primary School for residents to make use of.

All taps should be turned to the closed position during this period to prevent any water loss and/or damage when the water supply is restored.

The City apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused while conducting this work.
