RONDEBOSCH EAST PRIMARY SCHOOL, RONDEBOSCH EAST: Perth Road (between Fourth and Fifth Avenue) and Fifth Avenue (between Perth Road and Melbourne Road) be converted to one-way roadways in the Westbound and Northbound direction, respectively.
BARONRATH ROAD & WESSELS ROAD, KENILWORTH: Wessels Road (Kenilworth Road to Baronrath Road) to be converted to a one-way roadway in the northbound direction and that Baronrath Road (Second Avenue to Derby Road) to be converted to a one-way roadway in the eastbound direction.
