That the report regarding the Service Delivery Matters in Subcouncil 21, BE NOTED.

That a meeting be convened with the City Manager, Mayco Member of Water and Sanitation, Executive Director and the Director to address all of the above matters that were raised.

That the capacitation of the depots within the boundaries of Subcouncil 21 be addressed and be added as a comment to the 2024/25Draft Budget process.

That the resources of Law Enforcement within the boundaries of Subcouncil 21 be addressed.
