Request the Executive Mayor to attend an event
The Executive Mayor is available to attend events and functions and visit organisations or establishments.
How to make a request
All applications to request an official visit from the Executive Mayor must be made six weeks prior to the attendance date.
You can submit your application via e-mail to mayor.mayor@capetown.gov.za.
Please note
Due to a very busy schedule, it is not possible for the mayor to attend all requests.
