  • The consolidation of Erf 53770 and Remainder Erf 54756.
  • The subdivision of a portion of the consolidated property to permit a servitude for the drivers’ rest area and right of way servitude over Garfield Road.
  • Consent to permit a transport use on the servitude area, including the drivers’ rest area.
  • A departure from the Schedule 8 condition applicable to Erf 54756 relating to parking provision.
