Notice is hereby given in term of section 116(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003 (MFMA) that the City of Cape Town (“the City”) intends to amend the contract listed in the table below:

To include the applicability of Contract Price Adjustment for the amendment period to ensure that the tender rates are adjusted accordingly during this period. | 30 June 2027 |
Notice is further given in accordance with section 21 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that you can submit comments in respect of the proposed amendments.
