Apply for non-residential waste removal
We offer some waste removal services to non-residential properties, but most refuse removal services are offered by private contractors. Before sending in an application to the City, please make sure these service providers are accredited with the City.
How to apply
Step 1: Download and complete the Supply of Service Application Form from the document downloads section below. Make sure that you fill in all sections related to refuse removal.
Step 2: Submit both forms and all supporting documentation to the
Waste Services Department by emailing
wastewise@capetown.gov.za or faxing it to
021 400 4302. You can also submit your form and attached documents at your nearest
housing office.
