<p>The City is required to lease or dispose of its surplus viable land via a transparent and competitive process. Non-viable land can also be leased or purchased upon application.</p><p>Download the

<h2 class="sectHeading">Apply to buy City-owned land for ECD Centre purposes</h2><p>Existing operators that meet the minimum criteria can apply to buy municipal land for Early Childhood Development (ECD) purposes.</p><p>

<br>a Non-Profit Company registered with CIPC; or
