WhatsApp unavailable for fault reporting and service requests until further notice

The City of Cape Town wants to inform residents that WhatsApp will be unavailableThe following channels are available for all inquiries and complaints:

We remind customers to log a request via the City’s e-Services portal at www.capetown.gov.za/servicerequests, or to register a service fault on the City App if they are able to do so. Residents are encouraged to make use of the email and sms channels during this time as these channels will now be boosted with additional resources.
