Water supply disruption to Paarden Eiland and Cape Town Foreshore postponed

The repairs were planned to start on Saturday, 18 February until Sunday, 19 February however this work has been postponed until further notice.The repairs were planned to start on Saturday, 18 February until Sunday, 19 February however this work has been postponed until further notice. As a result, Paarden Eiland and the Cape Town Foreshore areas and surrounding areas will not experience a disruption to their water supply.
A new date will be communicated once the details have been finalised. This work forms part of the Water and Sanitation Directorate’s proactive infrastructure maintenance programme which ensures future continuity of water supply by addressing the issue of unaccounted for water.
The City regrets any inconvenience caused.
