Job shadow experience.’I was quite anxious at first, as I did not know what to expect, however, it has been a truly informative and fun experience after I got used to the environment. I was exposed to different kinds of design software and theory. I would recommend it because my knowledge and skill set have expanded greatly and I gained invaluable experience,’ said Dylan.
‘I am happy to see some of the students have heeded our call for applications and have experienced the working world. This is a long-term plan to continue to work on developing and strengthening our training and skills development within the Cape Town community.
Thus, we are grateful to the students participating and gaining experience that would help them with a better idea of their own future,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate, Alderman Theresa Uys.
