The City is currently experiencing technical issues. Technicians are working on restoring full service to the administration, but while this is ongoing one of the knock on effects of these difficulties resulted in the City not being able to deal with any traffic signal faults that were being reported.

Motorists should expect some defective traffic signals for the rest of the day. We ask that all motorists please approach signalised intersections with care and treat affected intersections as a four-way stop.

Furthermore, residents may still experience delays with calls and social media enquiries when contacting the City’s Transport Information Centre today.

Operator access to the system has recently been restored. We can assure the public that we are working on clearing the backlog of service requests received during this time.

The City will inform the public once the systems are fully operational again.
