Should the power not be restored within communicated timeframes, residents are advised to check the City’s official communication channels, including the City’s social media channels, or contact the Call Centre before logging a service request in relation to the planned upgrade work.

It is important to note that the supply interruption will only impact the area within the border on the map. Please switch off appliances and inverters ahead of the power being restored to reduce the chance of system overload and tripping.
