New homes for first beneficiaries of Masiphumelele Phase 4 housing project

The City’s Mayoral Committee Members Councillor Malusi Booi (Human Settlements) and Alderman Felicity Purchase (Transport) will tomorrow, 17 October 2019, officially hand over the keys to the beneficiaries.
The handover forms part of the City’s commitment to provide BNG houses in the area to 227 qualifying beneficiaries who will be empowered as first-time property owners.
