Mobile Office visits Joe Slovo, Khayelitsha and Macassar
19 November 2019
The mobile office sessions are held at community facilities that are easily accessible. The schedule for this week is as follows:
| Area | Date | Time | Venue |
| Joe Slovo | 20 November 2019 | 16:00 to 20:00 | Joe Slovo Park Community Hall, Freedom Way, Joe Slovo |
| Khayelitsha | 20 November 2019 | 16:00 to 20:00 | Desmond Tutu Hall, Paul Avenue, Khayelitsha |
| Macassar | 21 November 2019 | 16:00 to 20:00 | Macassar New Civic, Berg Street, Macassar |
The City’s customer service team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.
This way the City is bringing its services to residents, and affording them the opportunity to enquire and to solve issues without having to spend time and money on transport.
The City encourages all residents to take advantage of this opportunity and to visit the mobile office.
Future area visits will be communicated in due course.
