The Customer Relations Department's Mobile Office will assist with general municipal account enquiries including rates, sewage, electricity, water, refuse collections, potholes and all other account enquiries. They will also assist with general enquiries relating to City Parks, Urban Waste, Property Management, Valuations, and all other general enquiries.

The areas are:

Atlantis

On Tuesday, 26 July 2022, CRM services in collaboration with the Basket of Services will be at the Rebecca Van Amsterdam Hall in Atlantis between 09:00 and 15:00.

Nyanga

On Thursday, 28 July 2022, the CRM services will be at the Zolani Community Centre, Terminus Road in Nyanga between 09:30 and 13:30.

'We are bringing the services closer to the people to give the residents access to services at no cost to them. Our officials will be attending to basic service delivery needs requests, thus, we encourage residents to come with their municipal account enquiries and other service requests and our experienced officials will be happy to assist. Residents are to please bring their IDs and municipal accounts to help facilitate the process. We will communicate about future visits in due course,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
