Drilling works will be carried out in the Silvermine Wetland from 21 October 2024 to 31 January 2025 to reroute electrical cables and secure the electrical supply in Clovelly, Sun Valley, Fish Hoek, Kommetjie and surrounding areas. Drilling works will be carried out during working hours only and will not take place on weekends or public holidays.

Residents are notified of possible noise that may be experienced during working hours during this period. It is important to note that residents will have electricity supply while the work is being carried out.
