Alderman Smith will also reflect on some of the Traffic Service successes in the 2018/19 financial year, which included a 102% increase in warrant executions, and a 22,3% increase in taxi impoundments.

He will be joined by the Chairperson of the Safety and Security Portfolio Committee, Councillor Mzwakhe Nqavashe, who will touch on proposed amendments to the City’s Traffic By-law, which goes out for public participation the following day.
