• Thursday, 21 November 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Langa Administration Building, Cnr. King Langalibalele Drive and Lerotholi, Langa
• Friday, 22 November 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Zone 25 Community Hall, Winnie Mandela Drive, Langa

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of enquiries ranging from rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
 
‘The City’s mobile office team was in Langa a month ago and the turnout was quite impressive, to such an extent that we have had to come back this week. The mobile office has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents and we are committed to bringing services closer to residents across Cape Town. Those who plan to come to the mobile office are reminded to bring along their IDs or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
