  The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City on a wide range of enquiries ranging from rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
  
   
  'We are expecting a large turnout as residents are aware of how effective these mobile office visits are in resolving long outstanding queries. Residences are reminded to please bring along a copy of their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,' said the City's Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
