  The City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
  
   
  'We are bringing the City's services closer to the Kraaifontein community to ensure that residents do not spend time and money on transport. This is a special opportunity to resolve any municipal items that residents have wanted to address.
