  The Fezeka Municipal Building houses the City's local revenue office, Subcouncil office, municipal court and various other municipal offices. The Corporate Services Directorate through its Visible Improvement Programme improved the customers' experience at this key municipal building in Gugulethu by upgrading the main entrance and establishing a water-friendly garden, creating a more attractive, clean and inviting environment.
  

Next week, the City's Customer Relations Department's mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.

To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.
